1. About Mallsera

Mallsera is a digital marketplace that enables customers to discover and purchase products offered by participating sellers through one platform. Products displayed on Mallsera may be sold and fulfilled by independent sellers. Where applicable, Mallsera facilitates ordering, payment, communication and the marketplace experience between customers and sellers.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Remain responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• Notify Mallsera if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Mallsera may suspend or restrict an account where misuse, fraud, security risks or violations of these Terms are reasonably suspected.

3. Products and Listings

Mallsera aims to display product information accurately. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, colours, sizes and other details may be provided by sellers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and products they provide. Mallsera may remove, suspend or restrict listings that violate marketplace policies or applicable requirements.

4. Prices and Fees

Product prices and any applicable delivery, service or other charges will be shown before an order is submitted. Customers will have an opportunity to review the total payable amount before confirming payment. Mallsera may introduce or modify service fees where applicable, and any applicable fee will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders may be subject to product availability, successful payment, seller confirmation where applicable, fraud or security checks, and other marketplace requirements.

Mallsera may cancel an order where payment fails, a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, fraud is suspected, or fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

6. Payments

Available payment methods will be shown during checkout. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Where Mallsera Gift Balance is used, the separate Gift Card Terms also apply.

7. Delivery and Fulfilment

Delivery method, estimated timing and applicable charges will be shown where available. Actual delivery timing may depend on the seller, delivery provider, customer location, product availability and circumstances outside Mallsera’s reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by Mallsera’s Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

9. Gift Cards and Gift Balance

The purchase, delivery, claiming, use, expiry, refund and other conditions relating to Mallsera gifts and Gift Balance are governed by the separate Mallsera Gift Card Terms. Where there is any inconsistency relating specifically to a Mallsera gift, the Gift Card Terms will apply to that matter.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not use Mallsera to:

• Commit fraud or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to access another person’s account.
• Interfere with the website or its security.
• Introduce malicious code.
• Misuse payment, refund, gift or promotional systems.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to access restricted systems or information.

11. Reviews and User Content

Where Mallsera permits users to submit reviews, messages, images or other content, users remain responsible for what they submit. Content must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate. Mallsera may remove content that violates applicable rules or marketplace policies.

12. Intellectual Property

The Mallsera name, logo, platform design, software and original platform content are owned by or licensed to Mallsera. Seller trademarks, product images and other seller-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Mallsera content without permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Services

Mallsera may use third-party providers for services including payments, delivery, communications, hosting and analytics. Their services may also be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.

14. Privacy

Mallsera handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

15. Service Availability

Mallsera may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Mallsera may modify or discontinue features where necessary.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Mallsera is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Where products are supplied by independent sellers, responsibility for the product itself may rest with the relevant seller, subject to Mallsera’s obligations under applicable law.

17. Suspension or Termination

Mallsera may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, engages in fraud or abuse, creates security risks, or uses the platform unlawfully.

18. Changes to These Terms

Mallsera may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version and effective date will be published on the website. Where appropriate, users may be asked to accept updated terms.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts or dispute-resolution authorities in the UAE, as applicable.
