After the free period ends, Mallsera may review its fees, including subscription fees, commission rates and service fees. The rate that applies to you is always shown on this page and on your Payments page, and we will tell you at least 30 days before any change. New fees never apply to orders already placed.

If it is cancelled before it ships, there is no sale and no commission. If you cancel a card-paid order yourself (for example, out of stock), the gateway's processing fee, which it does not return, is charged to you.
The refunded amount is taken off your sales and its commission is returned to you. The gateway's processing fee is not returned by the gateway: you bear it when the refund is because of the product (faulty, wrong item, not as described); Mallsera bears it otherwise. If you were already paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
A discount you set on your own product: commission is calculated on the discounted price. A coupon issued by Mallsera: Mallsera pays for it, and your earnings are calculated on your full listed price.
If a customer disputes a card payment with their bank, Mallsera handles the dispute and may ask you for proof of delivery within 3 days. If the dispute is lost because the item wasn't delivered or wasn't as described, the amount and the bank's dispute fee come off your earnings.
The delivery fee the customer pays at checkout covers delivery. It is not part of your sales, no commission is taken on it, and it is not included in your payout. If you mark a product “price includes delivery”, the customer gets free delivery on it and the delivery cost is yours.
Earnings are transferred to your bank account once a month, for orders delivered at least 14 days earlier (the return period). AED 5.00 is deducted per transfer. Add your bank details on the Payments page first.
